The Construction industry came to me, I didn’t seek it out.

What are you most passionate about?

Adding to the community via infrastructure and third-spaces developments

Why did you join NAWIC?

To support, empower, and learn from women in construction roles and to help contribute to expanding this space for woman now and in the future.

What would you like to see for the future of women in construction?

A recognizable network of woman within the industry that companies actively refer their woman employees to be part of.

Words of wisdom or tips for women at the start of or considering a career in construction:

Don’t be scared to ask questions and don’t stop asking them. Have people show you what they and you are doing, and why its been done.
