When did you decide working in construction was the thing you wanted to do:

I collaborated with the Registered Master Builders Association to help run their 'all of industry' forum, Constructive. I was deeply inspired by the vision to develop a practical plan for achieving

system-wide transformation in the construction sector.

What are you most passionate about?

Empowering individuals to pursue their career passions

Why did you join NAWIC?

I am passionate about advocating for increased opportunities for women in construction.

What would you like to see for the future of women in construction?

I would like to see more women following a career pathway in construction.
