When did you decide working in construction was the thing you wanted to do:

When I started to follow my father around onto construction sites. I used to watch him do sketches and calculations at home and was amazed at the transformation of a paper drawing to a real building structure. He made it look simple, even before computers.


What are you most passionate about?

At the moment, all the Bridges in Marlborough


Why did you join NAWIC?

To connect with likeminded people and be part of a community that encourages one another to develop and enrich our careers.


What would you like to see for the future of women in construction?

More women in leadership/management roles

It is a great industry to be part of as it shapes the future of our world. There is always something new to learn every day.


What is your favourite thing to do for fun:
