We are wanting to gather stories to share and encourage others, but also information and feedback to help us see how we may best support our parents in NAWIC. This may include in the future things like:

We realise that networking events and being with work colleagues each day is something many parents miss when on parental leave, so we are wanting to find ways to re connect parents in construction whilst on maternity leave

We would love to hear your story, how you have coped through this new phase in your life and any nuggets you would like to share with others.
