More uptake of females in the field. Pay parity with our male counterparts.

Words of wisdom or tips for women at the start of or considering a career in construction:

Yes it can be daunting in a stereotypically-male field, but there are many women who have walked the steps before us, and they have paved a very nice path for us to follow.

What is your favourite thing to do for fun:

Eat – does that count? Watch rugby, do yoga, go biking, trying to be a gardener, hang with my partner, making spreadsheets.
