Want an apprentice over summer?

Corrie Cook • September 25, 2019

2020 Exchange programme opportunity from our friends at GNZCC

You’ll need some great workers during the construction high season of Summer 2020, including well trained and disciplined, keen young people willing to go the extra mile.

The German-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce has German companies allowing their apprentices to come on an amazing experience – a three-month apprenticeship stint in New Zealand. Airfares are covered either by the German employer or the apprentice directly.

But they need to know what options are out there for NZ placement – do you have a project coming up over the summer period which requires additional qualified labour?

To start the ball rolling they need you to go onto their website and complete the Vocational Training - Expression of Interest Form: https://neuseeland.ahk.de/en/careers/exchange-programme-in-the-building-sector/

To do so you will need to use the following login details:

   Username: exchangeprogram

   Password: vocational

There are no fees for this service, however of course GNZCC members will receive priority.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact the GNZCC Chief Executive
